CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders are processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed within 24 hours with most orders shipping the same business day when placed before 2 PM IST. Once order placed, we incur irreversible fees. As we do understand that orders might need to be cancelled sometimes, we are happy to do so for you with applicable fees.
- If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please follow Return Policy. The cancellation will be treated as a return with all applicable fees.
- If you refuse order at delivery, it will assess all of the applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

- After submitting the cancellation request, we’ll send you a confirmation message along with the refund details to the e-mail address and/or phone number with us within 24 hours.
